This states that the vice president will become president if the president dies or steps down.
The vice president has to step in due to a zombie attack.
The president has to step down so next in line is the vice president.

24th Amendment

The right of citizens of the united states to vote in any primary or other election for president or vice president, for electors for president or vice president, or for senator or representative in congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the united states or any state by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.

21st Amendment

The First Amendment

What the first amendment means to me is that I am simply free to be an open-minded individual and express myself in any mannor that does not bring harm to others.
This video is about the issue of weather there should be a Mosque built near ground zero, and clearly since there is an issue we are going against our rights and basic freedoms that our soilders fight to protect.
I feel that this video and song is a perfect example of freedom of speech. They are clearly expressing their disapproval towards our government, and the first amendment allows them to do so!
